I had several emails pop up last night. None of them knew about yesterday’s post. But they were just what I needed. I’m feeling much much better today :). At least until Genesis semi-finalists are announced tomorrow. Then I may head back downwards. But at least I’m more prepared for it.
And you know… This was my Facebook status when I posted yesterday [still is actually]:
In the middle of my little mess, I forget how big I’m blessed. My chains are gone. I’ve been set free. My God, my Savior ransomed me. Like a flood, His mercy rains. Unending love. Amazing grace.
Maybe I need to go back to posting my FB status at the beginning of each post. Maybe posting that would have helped yesterday…
Okay – back to work. Schoolwork then SUBURBAN STRAIGHTJACKET!
Hang in there. It really is all in His timing, and in His manner. But He has great plans for you. Trust Him.
“In the middle of my little mess, I forget how big I’m blessed.”
This is a great line from a great song. I’ve claimed “This is the Stuff” as my theme song. My 4yo daughter knows all the words.
It’s a great reminder that God loves me and he wants to help me work through all the impatience and frustration so I can love and trust him before and above all.
Glad to hear you’re doing better. If you don’t semi-final and it gets down too much, go back to Seekerville and remember, It’s not personal.
You’ll probably have to remind me of this next year when I’m sitting there with you. 😉
@Christine – thank you sweetie! I know you’re right! Hard to see sometimes though…
@Andrea – yep – you’ll be here with me next year… I’ll find this post and remind you =D.
